We are thrilled to announce that Colin Ward, a distinguished expert in Modern Slavery investigations, has joined the Marinus Analytics team!
Colin is a former Greater Manchester Police officer with 30 years’ service. His last 17 years was as a Detective focusing on Human Trafficking. This included a secondment to a national UK team as victim advocacy specialist. He was instrumental in delivering educational courses to both modern slavery investigators and victim liaisons in the UK. After being a early adopter of the Traffic Jam platform and a user for many years, he is knowledgeable for intelligence development for both reactive and proactive investigations. In recent years Colin also obtained a Masters degree in Criminal Justice and Crime Control (Contemporary Slavery).
As we continue to grow and expand our impact, Colin’s addition to the team reinforces our commitment to bridging the gap between technology and real-world solutions. Together, we aim to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the fight against human trafficking and modern slavery.
