This policy describes the types of information we may collect from or about you (including from publicly available websites or services) or that you may provide when you visit our websites, including www.marinusanalytics.com and www.tj-tool.com (the “Websites”), use our services, including our Traffic Jam tool, ("Traffic Jam" or the "Tool”), or otherwise when communicating with the Company, as well as our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information. The Websites, Traffic Jam, and any other mobile applications, tools, products, or services provided by the Company are collectively referred to herein as the “Services”.

Information We Collect About You
The information we collect from you depends on how you use our Website and Tool. We will only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for the purpose of providing our Services to you. You should exercise discretion when disclosing your personal information to us and should not disclose sensitive or confidential information that you wish to remain private.
Personal information means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).
We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal information about you which we have grouped together as follows:
Identity Data includes first name, maiden name, last name, username or similar identifier, marital status, title, date of birth and gender.
Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.
Financial Data includes bank account and payment card details.
Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, time and date of login, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.

When it becomes available, the “Folders” function, which will store the name of any folders you create and any content you place in those folders;
Search criteria, but only if you turn on “Save History” under the settings (the default setting is that “Save Search History” is turned off, which may be changed in “Settings”); but please note: We do not monitor user Save History; and
Customer support interactions through chatlio and other means.
Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.
We also collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal information that is Ad Subject Data, which may include aliases, photographs, social media handles, race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, sexual preferences and other data about the sex life of Ad Subjects. Further information about the types of data we collect and how we collect it is provided below. No Ad Subject Data is collected about Traffic Jam users.
Traffic Jam does not retain or store any case information or other personal information obtained from law enforcement agencies for the purposes of detecting or hindering human trafficking activity. Our Tool only uses information scraped from publicly available adult service website sources on the internet for this purpose.
Traffic Jam Information Collection
The company’s flagship tool, Traffic Jam, uses artificial intelligence to help law enforcement and others identify and rescue victims of human trafficking, hinder or halt such activity, and support them in the prosecution of those engaging in human trafficking. Traffic Jam obtains that information from publicly available websites or services providing relevant advertisements or postings. Traffic Jam’s data collection practices are in addition to those relating to visitors to our Websites and other users of our Services.
We Collect Information You Provide to Us
The information we collect on or through our Services may include:
Information collected directly from you when you provide it to us, including by filling in forms in the Services or at the time of subscribing to receive information from us. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with the Website or Tool.
Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us.
Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research or other purposes.
We Collect Information Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies
As you navigate through and interact with our Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain non-personal information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

Information Collection on Ad Subjects (not Website or Tool users)
We receive personal information about Ad Subjects (which, for the avoidance of doubt, does not include Traffic Jam users) from various third parties and public sources, including Adult Services Websites (“ASWs”) as set out below:
• Contact, Financial and Transaction Data from providers of technical, payment and delivery services.
• Identity and Contact Data from data brokers or aggregators, including ASWs.
• Identity and Contact Data from publicly available sources, including ASWs.
How to Control and Delete Cookies
Cookies can be controlled, blocked or restricted through your web browser settings. Information on how to do this can be found within the Help” section of your web browser. All cookies are browser specific. Therefore, if you use multiple browsers or devices to access websites, you will need to manage your cookie preferences across these environments.

To enhance our content and to deliver a better online experience for our users, we sometimes embed images and videos from other websites on the Websites. We currently use, and may in future use content from websites such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. You may be presented with cookies from these third-party websites. Choices and Transparency About How We Use and Disclose Your Information
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:
Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of the Services may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
Promotional Offers from the Company. Traffic Jam Settings. Users of Traffic Jam have the ability to configure your personal settings to opt in or out of “Save Search History.”
You may request access to your personal information by sending an email to privacy@marinusanalytics.com. We will try to locate and provide you with your personal information and give you the opportunity to correct this data, if it is inaccurate, or to delete it, at your request. But, in either case, we may need to retain it for legal reasons or for legitimate business purposes. However, we (and you) are not able to control information that has already been shared with other users or made available to third parties.
We ask individual users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected, or removed before processing such requests, and we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backups), or relate to information that is not associated with your personal information. In any case, where we provide information access and correction, we perform this service free of charge, except if doing so would require a disproportionate effort. We Do Not Knowingly Collect Data from Individuals under the Age of 18
Our Services are not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any personal information to or on the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 through the Services or by other means. If you are under 18, do not use or (other than to exercise your rights under applicable privacy statutes) provide any information via our Services, including on the Websites or through any of their features, register on the Websites, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18, without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information from our databases, except to report information as required by law or to assist law enforcement and others to investigate, hinder, halt and/or prosecute human trafficking and child abuse activity.
